What's New?
On the home front: the contractor we were supposed to meet on Friday never showed up. :S I feel like I will never be back in my own home.
While we were there, my husband found a wounded, starving Chihuahua. My husband made the rounds of the neighborhood as well as the one next to us, yet no one claimed the poor little thing. We ran him to the vet, who said the dog was malnourished, had several bad wounds and a rash from his allergic reaction to flee bites. We got him some medicine and brought him back here with us. He's a precious little thing with the most adorable personality, and you've got to know he's got a good personality when my cats don't hiss at him. :)
He's doing better since we've been giving him the medicine, and his fur that had fallen out from his allergy, is already starting to grow back thanks to the medicine and the flee control we got.
As for the websites: I'm working on two different ones right now, and I have to say, they're both great. :)
My writing is going good as well. I'm writing a novel for a publisher that asked for stories involving the Greek or Roman gods and goddesses. I had to email the editor and pick which story I wanted to do. Now, lets hope I get picked once I submit it. :D
I'm also still waiting to hear from my agent regarding an editor. (keep fingers crossed please!). I'm also still waiting to hear back from New Concepts Publishing, and an ezine that has a short story I submitted. Speaking of short stories, I plan on writing the remaining three that I had set in motion with the one I just turned in.
My goal is to get the three short stories and the novella written by the end of December, so when January hits, I can concentrate on my next manuscript. :)

Good luck with your goals! And the pup sounds sweet. Kudos for you for taking him in and looking after him.
Oh, that's so nice of you to keep the doggie. I love those little things... I'll be sure to send happy thoughts. I just got an agent request for my Ghosthunter manuscript and will be polishing it up to send to her next week. Scary!
That's great, Jax! I told you you're very close. :)
