Interview - Day Four

I really hate the last days of the interviews. I love doing these interviews. Unfortunately, Cole must get back to his duties as a Shield. :(

Onto today's interview...

DG: I can't believe today is our last day.

Cole: Me as well. I have to say that I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here with you and the readers.

DG: Let's get right to the questions. Cathy would like for you to talk about the creatures you battle. What do they look like?

Cole: We never know what we'll be up against until we find the creature. Each one is different. I could list them all, but it would take far longer than I have time for. To give you an idea, the creatures are what you would call from mythology. Yet, they are very real.

DG: Like the gargoyle you fought with Hugh.

Cole: Aye. That was a nasty creature. He was difficult to kill since he only came out at night. It wasn't until we learned that the myth of them turning to stone during the day was actually truth and not a myth at all. Once we found him, we were able to kill him.

DG: And poor Roderick and Val. They had some nasty creatures to battle.

Cole: I'm glad I didn't have to face all three Harpies as they did. I think they did the right thing in taking Elle back through time to the 12th century to Stone Crest. There, they were able to have Hugh to help them.

DG: Since I know I'll get this as a question, why weren't you and Gabriel still at Stone Crest?

Cole: The Chosen must be found. That means the Shields must be divided to try and beat the Great Evil in finding these women. Hugh stayed with Mina at Stone Crest, which has become a base for us in a manner of speaking. Gabriel and I have shifted forward in time to the year 1244 in England.

DG: You don't seem thrilled with that.

Cole: I'd prefer to keep the Shields together, yet it is odd to know that England hasn't changed much in over a hundred years.

DG: Have you discovered who the Chosen is yet?

Cole: ::shakes head and sighs:: Nay and time is of the essence.

DG: The next question is from Robin. She wants to know how you find the Chosen.

Cole: Well, that's the difficult part. Each of the Chosen have the mark of their realm on them, but they put the marks on places of the body that aren't easily seen. Mina's was on the back of her neck hidden by her hair. Aimery told us that Elle's was on the inside of her thigh.

DG: Thank goodness Roderick was in the future where we don't wear a lot of clothing.

Cole: ::smiles wickedly:: Very true. I cannot exactly ask every woman I met to devoid themselves of their clothing so I can examine their bodies. Although, that doesn't sound like a half bad idea.

DG: I don't think you'll get away with that.

Cole: I'm not sure Gabriel would allow me to. Speaking of Gabriel, he's calling for me. I must return now. Pray that we find this Chosen before the Great Evil does.

DG: Wait. Do you know what creature you battle?

Cole: ::sighs as he gets to his feet:: There is whispers in the small village. Fear grows each day, but Gabriel and I haven't seen anything yet. I think the baron of the village is in league with the evil. We want to discover what creature has been called up before its released on the village.

DG: Godspeed to you, Cole.

Cole: ::bows regally:: Always at your service, my lady.

lol

Well, I hope you've all enjoyed this weeks interview. Cole is definitely...different. Maybe its because he's from royalty or maybe its because he's so damned handsome.

I was asked a couple of questions about Cole. Jennifer wanted to know which book is Cole's. His book is the third in the Shield series A Dark Seduction. I don't have a release date yet for this book, but I'm hoping to have one very soon. So keep a lookout for this book!

Cathy also wanted to know what Cole looks like. I could describe him for you, but since I have a picture, I think I'll just post that so we can all drool over him. ::shhhhhhh. Don't tell him I think he's hot!::

the fae are very interesting beings. being so beautiful and sexual, they come here on certain days but what is to keep them from going on a sex rampage into the human world? or are they just bored by the idea?
