Bad News & Good News

Well, I heard from my agent. I got a rejection for my Medieval manuscript. She said their historical list is currently very tight and she didn't love my characters enough to take it on. :(

However, there was more.

She went to my website (who would have known editors would go to my website?) and took a look at the list of books I had written. My Druid's Glen series caught her eye and she wants to see the first in the series.

Yeah!!! Doing a happy dance.

I can easily get past that rejection since she wants to see more of my work. When I told an author friend of mine, she told me that was great news and could only mean good things for me.

I sure hope so. I love my Druid series, and I would love to see it on the shelves. :)

I've still got my Medieval - the first of the Knights of Legend series - out to four editors and the first mss in my Druid series will now be out to two editors (this doesn't include the four editors that have a partial).
