Hello From RT

Sorry I haven't written. Its been a mad dash since I left for the airport on Tuesday morning. The flight was uneventful and even landed 25 minutes early. (yeah!)

We got the rental car - finally - and drove from Orlando to Daytona in the rain. Thankfully the drive wasn't that bad and it let me and Robin talk. The hotel is nice and our room overlooks the beach.

Everyone has been really great at RT. I got my Red Romance Basket done and put in the Club RT room for people to enter to win. NCP's table is across from my basket, so I stopped by and chatted with them. They asked for some of my promo material, so I grabbed some to put on their table. I met Jeri and one of the new editors, Barb, but I haven't gotten to meet my editor yet. I'm supposed to go back down there today so I can meet her before the NCP dinner tomorrow night.

I can't report on any parties yet since last night we had a late dinner then came back to the room to write. I got a TON done. However, we did get to meet a cover model this morning over breakfast and got our picture with him. He was incredibly sweet and is in the Air Force. Look on my website after RT for pictures since I was an idiot and didn't back the cable to connect my camera to the computer. :(

OK. Going to watch the ccver models play volleyball from our balcony for awhile while we wait on room service. I'll check in tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have lots to dish about since we're going to the Carribbean Vampire Ball tonight. I get to wear my wench's costume. :D
