Eight Days of Passion - Day Four
Day Three winner - Mel!
Congratulations, Mel. Email me so I can get your prize to you. :)
The responses have been great. Keep them coming!
Here is todays excerpt:
The angry reply dissolved from her lips by the heat of his silver gaze melted her. His eyes burned molten. He scorched her exposed skin with his heat. Her body burned, but for what she didn’t know.
All she knew was that she wanted him to touch her.
If she had thought he had nearly kissed her last night, she had been wrong. But she knew she was about to get her first kiss by the uncontrolled desire that lit his eyes.
“You shouldn’t have come into the water,” he said, his gaze fastened onto her lips.
Her breath came out in a whoosh at his words. He was dangerous, but only to her heart if she wasn’t careful. In truth, she wanted to throw caution to the wind when he was near. “I know.”
His eyes rose to hers. “I don’t know how much longer I can resist you.”
Question of the day: When did you get your first real kiss?

I'm thrilled I won! Thanks, Donna!
My first real kiss..wow, that's a tough one. From my parents when I was born comes to mind. But, from a boy I'd have to say in the 70's in Texas. I've kissed a lot of boys since then. *weg* And even a few girls...*wink*
Now, there's something to stir stuff up. lol!
How sad is it that a romance writer can't even remember the details of her first kiss? I was 13 and I remember it was during a game of spin the bottle in my friend's tent, but I have no idea who the boy was or how the kiss was. Total blank. Guess it wasn't that memorable. I do remember the first kiss that melted my knees to a gelantinous mess though. I remember all of those.
lol. What great answers! I remember mine. His name was Joey and we were at the skating rink. Our friends dared us to kiss. Its was pretty good for my first time. :)
Thanks, Kim!
OH, Kim, congratulations to you, too!
That's a great story. Waiting for more. »
