And Off I Go!

Wow. OK. Here's my first foray in the blogging world alone. Not sure if I have anything worthwhile to say, but I figure I'll give it a shot. :)

I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of WaxRomantic's June issue. It'll feature my very first short story, a Medieval. I'm very proud of this story and so excited to see it in print. And best of all...I got paid! Sounds silly I know, but after nearly five years of trying to become published, finally getting paid for my writing is great, but not nearly as great as getting that "YES!" as an answer instead of a rejection.
